What are your hours?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where are you located?

We are in Carson next to Gator Creek Gardens. Entry to our parking lot is off of Hot Springs Ave.

What are the different memberships all about?

Standard Membership: Key fob access to the gym during regular business hours.

Instructed Membership: Key fob access to the gym during regular business hours AND unlimited Strength and Conditioning Classes

Do you offer child care?

We do not have a kids room YET. This is definitely in the future business plan as we grow. We understand it can be difficult to get to the gym without the kiddos. Check back in with us on this!

If I sign up online, how do I get my key fob?

We have a lock box located outside that your fob will be placed in for pick up at your convenience. We will either email or text you the code.

Can my kid join?

Yes! Any child under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied and supervised by an adult member over the age of 18 while inside the facility. Any member under 16 will not get their own key fob until they turn 16. All members under 18 years old MUST have a parental consent form completed on file before beginning their membership!

I am not sure about the Strength and Conditioning classes. Can I try it out?

Absolutely!! Your first 3 classes are FREE! Go to ‘Sign Up’ in the menu tab and sign up using the 3 free option. Then go sign up for the classes you want to try!
